I'm trying to use the C++ client so I can use weather, but it's not updating. All I'm getting in my sig is offline. The VB client works fine, and I'm not running a firewall so it's not being blocked. Is there any reason why it shouldn't be working?

Looking at it, its hanging on update. It counts dwon and hangs on 0:00 for a minute or so, then starts counting down to next update again :?:

did the preveous versions of SigX C++ work, if yes there is a different version of sigx 2.1.0 at http://forum.yuriy.net/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=1055

its just a single exe you'll have to install the 2.1.0 and then replace the exe with this one in that folder

I've only tried the last version, and I'm trying 2.1.0, same problem. Can't find any links to older versions, so I'm not sure if they work.

Microsoft indeed :x

Is there anyway to output what the client's doing so I can see where it's hanging/having problems?

even if there was a way it still would not help because i'v already coded the thing in two different ways and if both dont work then there is nothing i can do.

I had the same problem and switched to the VB client and it works great. Of course, then I got interested and wrote my own client, but that's another story.
