OK, the other post seems to have disappeared, would love to know why, so here it is again, along with a new question and a few points.

When clicking the X button in the Settings window, nothing happens. Not in the main window, which minimises to the system tray, the settings window.

Also, whenever I click Update now in the edit menu, it says "55 Seconds Update Limit Breached". Question 1: Why? Question 2:, why is every word started with an upper case letter?

There are a few small typos in the program. In the update frequency, "minute" is "Miniute", in the "Additional variables" screen, user_browser says "views" instead of "viewers", user_isp says "viewrs" instead of "viewers", and in the example signature, it says "been[counter] views"..., which would mean there is no space between the word been and the number. There are multiple cases where there is no need for an upper case letter but there is one, and where there should be an upper case letter but there isn't one, but I'm sure you guys can figure them out.

Just something you guys might want into correcting. :)

I'll go over all these things and I'll correct what ever i find.

About your preveous post, It hasnt dissapeared I have corrected the X button in the settings and it will work in the next version.

about the update now, if you updated within the last 59 seconds and you click update now it wont let you update because there is a 1 min wait time between updates.

Cool. I can see the point in that for people who use an update frequency over 1 minute, but what's the point in having it for users who update every minute? If it has to be stopped, don't see why myself but there you go, why not disable the menu item if the update frequency is 1 minute? :)

Also, if you get the limit once, the update now item becomes disabled, even if you change your update frequency to more than 1 minute.

If you dont like the prefixes before the data or you think they are cased wrong you can always change them in the sigx.ini file make sure you close sigx while editing this file or next time you close it it will just be overwritten.
Or if your talking about the words them selves you can change them in the replace.ini as well.

I can see what you mean about the update now but otherwise people would jsut be constanly pushing it and flooding the server with updates.

I've edited the sigx.ini file to show keys pressed and the mouse stats in the correct cases, but when I load SigX, it reverts back to the incorrectly cased version. When I close SigX, it has replaced the file with the incorrect case.

And yes, the SigX.exe file was closed when I edited the file.

That's what I was doing. It's not that line I want to change though, that's correct already. It's these:

Code:
<text1>keys pressed: 13459 | mouse clicks: 3835<text1>
<text2>mouse moved 1714.735 feet<text2>

Upper case K, M and M.

thouse you would have to change in the Replace.ini, you can replace any variable even advanced variables, in the replace.ini
SigX C++ exposed has some examples of advanced variables.

to replace them
open replace.ini and type in
"keys pressed" "Keys pressed"
"mouse clicks" "Mouse clicks"
"mouse moved" "Mouse moved"

save the file
save the sigx program and load the sigx program use preview to see the changes.

the reason why it didnt work is because thouse variables are not read in from the sigx.ini all you can do is replace them.
