Hello

I've been using the Beta version of SigX for a while (almost six months with no issues. But today when I went to start it, My AVG Anti- Virus program gave me this message

http://img98.imageshack.us/my.php?image=virusfv6.jpg

I changed it to a normal version (2.1.7) and still got the same message. In the end, the only SigX I could use was V2.02 which has a lack of the features that are present on the other version (in other words I don't like it)

Is there anyway to solve this?

sigx.dll is only used to count keys pressed.
But this dll is not malicious so you can safely ignore the warning.
I just scanned SigX folder with HouseCall and it didn't find any threats.

Update:
A new version of SigXC++ 2.1.9 will not use the DLL.

The issue is not that it presents itself as a problem. The thing is that because it is detected as a Virus, it's not letting me use the program. And well as a paying customer I want it to work T_T I don't want to sound bitchy or anything....but it's the truth

I'm having the same problem too! So you are saying.. the only thing sigx.dll does is count the number of keys pressed? That sucks because, I have that as one of my lines in my sigx image :\ .. I don't want to stop using it lol ..Have you contacted Grisoft to tell them it's a f/p yet? ..

What should I do, delete the sigx.dll file from the sigxc folder right now?

no dont delete it, get the zip from above, because sigx was never coded to work without the dll, but the one above is.

you can extract the sigx.exe from the zip above and then it will work without the dll.

Heh, thats what I tried to find.. but I couldn't :\ ..so I don't think there is. There's ignore when it finds something while it's running, but it'll keep detecting it. lol.
