lets say I want to display some text on my SigX signature, and the text contains the new line code, or a server side variable. now, what if I actually wanted to display that text instead of whatever it would normally get turned into. is there some way of escaping the codes so i could do this?

SigX ignores \n and *<* is the only thing it recognizes as new line. can you give an example of the text your talking about.

eg, there is text that says "*>*IMPORTANT*<*". or at the start of a line, someone might put [ip] and then some networking data items, but they put [ip] there because they want to show this is TCP/IP stats, not because they want to show their IP address.

yes, i know its not likely that this might happen, but i would still like to know a way to do this.
