if your doing the remote php code, you need the imagettftext function instead of the one im using to change font type

http://us4.php.net/manual/en/function.imagettftext.php

Can you please give us an example? I'm moderate with php but it's been a while and there's still some stuff I don't know.

ok here is how i use it:

Quote:
imagettftext ( resource image, int size, int angle, int x, int y, int color, string fontfile, string text)

Code:
imagettftext ($im, 13, 0, $Xoffset, ImageFontHeight($font) * $x + $Yoffset, $fontColor, realpath("FABIAN__.TTF") ,$data[$x]);

13 is the Font size (just play around with that), obviously 0 is the angle and the rest is pretty self explanitory.

FABIAN__.TTF font is a TTF font which is in the same folder as in the php file.

i think the server has to have TrueType2 installed for this to work.

Ok, I've done exactly as you said, and I get php errors. The font is in the same folder as the php. I'm using apache server, and I looked for information about TrueType2 at Apache website and couldn't find it... what's this TrueType2 which I have to install, and where to get it?
