Allright, new version of sigx with a few minutre improvements and a few fixes.

Here's the list:

1.1.3 -
    Fixed IP bug
    Added more update intervales: 10 and 20 mins
    Fixed a few minor bugs
    Added string limit to Winamp titles and signatures (max limit for winamp is 55 chars, max limit for signature is 70)
    Now loads in center of the screen.
