1.1.6 - Fixed weather to get new weather every 15 minutes, not ever update,
that should not clobber the weather server much.
Added allign (left,right,center) (paid members feature only)
Removed l33t translator, it was kinda weak

its another signature that just shows a smiliey with your current mood.
Note: only works if you leave the prefix default what it is ("i feel:").

You can set your own background, pick a smilie, font color, border size, and more.

New Server Side Features:
Also added some new stuff to server side of things for the paying members:

1. no caching of images, means as soon as your image updates, and you refresh, it will be new on the screen.

2. i also added something i like to call additional variables for your signature:

[ref] - shows current page
[user_os] - shows viewers OS
[user_browser] - shows views browser
[ip] - shows your computers ip"
[user_ip] - shows viewers ip
[server_time] - shows current server time
[user_isp] - shows viewrs ip
[counter] - shows your current counter

Example signature:

"There has been [counter] views of this sig"
"Your ip is [user_ip], your ISP is [user_isp] and ur browser is [user_browser]"

3. Also i added Text alignment, which means you can align any line of your sig to either left, right or centered. I like this feature alot
